I’m still sleepy…Yesterday I went to Bandung For the first time after so many years. Got few meetings with clients there. Went to Bandung with my manager at 7.15 AM, using my company’s car. Luckily it came with a driver. We took Cipularang toll road. The view was quite beautiful. Arrived at Pasteur at 8.50 AM. Very fast. And then went to Telkom Japati. Arrived there at 9.40 AM. Had a meeting with TELKOM HR Manager until 11 AM. And then went to say hi to a friend of mine who’s working at telkom. After that we (me n my manager) ate lunch at Sindang Reret. It was very nice restaurant. The place was comfortable, elegant, and the price was quite cheap, compared to similar restaurants in Jakarta. We ate rice, Gurame Goreng Cobek, Pepes Ikan Teri, Cumi Goreng Tepung, Paru Goreng, and Karedok. I also ordered Putri Geulis, the restaurant’s special drink. The food was very delicious. Yummy…..If you happen to go Bandung, you should check this place out. I highly recommend it. After lunch we went up to Gegerkalong. Had another meeting there. I could see a couple of factory outlets on our way up. After we got there, we had to wait for about 30 minutes or so. I almost fell to sleep coz it was very comfy..hehehehe. And then we had out last meeting till 3PM. And then we went down. Stopped by at snack corner for a while. Bought some snacks for mom. I looked for Brownies Kukus (a friend of mine asked me to look for it) but at snack corner the brownies was not to good, so I didn’t buy it. Instead, I bought her Cheese Roll (I asked her this morning whether she likes cheese or not…luckily she does..). After that we went back to the office…The traffic was awful, we caught up in rush hour…I took some sleep in the car. Felt very tired coz I had only slept about 5 hours. Arrived to the office at 6.45 PM. My impression of Bandung, it’s nice, quite small city (maybe I hadn’t really explored Bandung…). Looked really like Jakarta, except for some historical (old n antique) buildings that I believe were heritage from the Dutch colonial and the license plates…lol. No buses, the road sign can be really confusing for a newcomer like me. And the girls were quite pretty. Went back to home, and I found out that I had a problem with my computer. Disk read error. Damn…I really must format it and erase all the partition…so I went to bed at 9PM and finally got some decent sleep. It’s been exciting n exhausting day. I only managed to write a testimonial for Rafaela. I can know her much better coz of this one song, She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5. I really love this song. It reminds me of my last days at campus in December 2004. Saturdays with Irwan n Agus, Kampus Kijang….*sigh*.. Everytime I go to karaoke place, I surely sing this song. It’s a must song. Now, everytime I hear this song, it doesn’t only remind me of those days, but also reminds me of Rafaela...a clever n beautiful girl... this song is for you.... (Irwan n Agus...I'll give you something else, okay???)
